1. Booking & Payment

• Reservations can be made online, via phone, or email.
  

• Full/partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.
  

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or online wallets.
  

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund.
  

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in retention charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
  

4. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss/damage.
  

• Any damage to property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
  

5. Use of Facilities

• Guests must adhere to pool, banquet hall, and other facility usage guidelines.
  

• Misuse of facilities or unruly behavior may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
  

6. Privacy & Security

• Guest information will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.
  

• The hotel reserves the right to deny entry or service if necessary for safety and security.
  

7. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.
